Deaf Yoga in the Park offers a weekly all-levels vinyasa flow class led by a certified Deaf yoga instructor at San Francisco's Dolores Park. Instruction is delivered entirely in ASL with visual demonstrations, making it fully accessible without interpreters. The class emphasizes body awareness, breathwork through visual and tactile cues, and mindfulness in an outdoor setting. Bring your own mat and water bottle. The class meets rain or shine near the southern basketball courts — look for the "Deaf Yoga" flag. Donations appreciated but not required.
